The worst Carl's Jr I've ever been to everybody's f****** lazy can't make fry sauce and they are slower than hell

I must have come here when I was slipped all those roofies because I only vaguely remember being here. Which is usually when all my Carl's Jr visits take place. In a complete haze of sobriety and sleepless stupor where I'm order 6, 6 dollar cheeseburgers, all of which I find vomited on my front lawn the next morning. Great beans though.

They screwed up our order by giving it to another costumer. That customer walked it back up after handing the food. Watched as the girl working here took the handled food then walked it out to our table! Avoid at all costs! They did give us a refund but seriously...unacceptable.

Yay! And on the 5th week they finally got my order right! only thing is the grilled cheese wasn't cooked. Wow, seriously? does that cost extra? Think I'm gonna try Burger Kings breakfast on sundays, see if they can do any better. Can't be much worse. Big hint, don't ask a car to pull around to the front if there are no other vehicles behind just to make your serve time shorter. It makes it longer for the customer and without us there is no you. Try to remember that and some customer service training prolly couldn't hurt either.

It's fast food, so I'm not sure what to expect. The service is slow nobody looks particularly thrilled to be there and they gave me the wrong change. However they do have diet dr Pepper.The soda is my sole purpose in going. There aren't too many places that serve died Dr Pepper therefore I go out of my way to find it. Side note they charged twice as much as McDonald's large it is a little bigger but I'm not sure it's worth twice as much.

The drive-up staff need to be a little more attentive and friendly. The was a cold front coming from the speaker that made the inside of the vehicle my own little igloo in mid 90s temperature. The worker handing me my order wasn't any warmer. A sense of disillusionment overcame me right before driving off. No wonder the alcohol in this state is so controlled. Things like this would turn anyone into an alchy! I cannot stress enough to check your order thoroughly. My fried zucchini had zero dipping sauce and the rest was kind of the same. The bacon in my burger was questionable and I had to omit it altogether. It tasted more like cheap and fatty ham than the delishiz slice of life longevity it's supposed to be. Don't believe the ads...the cake is a lie! But what else would you expect from a commercial with a bulimic model taking a bite of an artery clogger? You know they didn't swallow...

Food is great but the place is a mess! Food is always good and accurate. I don't think this place has been cleaned in months though.

I've gone to this Carl's Jr several times and every time I go there they are out of "fry sauce" give us 0 napkins, and they don't even give us straws. Everyone there seems depressed or just fucking high. No wonder the food and the service is slow and half-assed. Not to mention the place is fucking dirty. Worst Carl's Jr I've ever been to hope they get their shit together.

Annoyed in the drive thru. Put someone who can speak English well enough to comprehend what is being ordered. Do not interrupt the person who is ordering unless asked a question that must be answered immediately. Don't hand the person ordering more than one drink and not ask if a carrier is needed. Get a speaker box outside that both sides can hear each other well instead of screaming like hyenas to get the order right.

I think place was any slower I would think they were closed. The speed of service is a joke. The cleanliness of the place isn't much better. Waiting 20 min for fast food is ridiculous and they are not busy. They new to hire staff that cares about their job and guests. I will never return to the location. It is the worst fast food service I have had ever.
